Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked or otherwise undamaged. Always ensure that your skin is free of makeup and lotions such as moisturizers and sun creams and that underwear is worn and hygiene strips remain in place when trying on swimwear. If these instructions are not strictly adhered to, in the interests of hygiene, we will be unable to accept return of the item(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
We recommend that you post returned items as recorded or registered delivery as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not arrive at our offices.
If you are returning items from a country outside the EU please ensure you clearly mark your return package with 'British Commercial Returns' to avoid any delays at customs.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
